Jo is a versatile leader and entrepreneur, who leveraged the experience that she gained over 10 years on the Asia Pacific leadership team of a Fortune 50 company to start three successful businesses. She has turned around struggling product divisions, built sales teams to acquire new business and implemented transformation projects covering thousands of people, multiple IT systems and hundreds of processes in order to accelerate growth. 

 

Jo started her career as an engineer designing specialist materials for the aerospace industry but soon decided that she wanted to build a career managing and leading teams across all business functions. Her first managment roles were in manufacturing operations, logistics and supply chain in the UK. After moving to Japan she spent 5 years learning Japanese and working for Japanese companies, including Honda, then continued to broaden her business perspective with executive leadership roles in sales, marketing, IT and operations at a global technology company. 

Sue is a pragmatic and innovative change expert who has spent 30 years planning and delivering complex projects that have helped businesses of all sizes reduce costs and drive growth. She has managed large, international teams delivering multi-million dollar project portfolios at Global Fortune 50 companies as well as set up operations for start-ups from scratch. She has a broad range of skills, from strategic planning through to hands-on project delivery, and her experience spans multiple industry sectors. 

 

Sue started out managing supply chain and operations teams at a manufacturing company before moving to Accenture where she scoped and delivered large-scale, complex change programmes for a number of multi-nationals. Managing transformation across multiple industries and business functions gave her an in-depth perspective on how P&L improvements can be achieved through implementation of the right IT tools aligned with process and organisation structure changes.

Over 25 years, he has used his sales, strategic planning and P&L management skills to navigate companies through rapid growth, acquisition and transformation. He has built and managed talented teams across sales, marketing and strategy functions and used his knowledge and experience of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts to build a strong client base in a number of sectors including enterprise, technology, financial services and payments. 

 

David's core strength is the creation and execution of sales strategy.  His success is based on building strong client & partner relationships and on coaching his team to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities. 

Jack is an astute and agile strategic and commercial leader with more than 25 years’ experience across a wide variety of companies and organisations. He has supported established market leading companies in significantly growing their businesses, reinvigorated successful turnarounds and launched, built and sold start ups.  

Beginning his career in advertising and marketing services in Australia, Jack progressed quickly into more specialised fields such as strategic planning, business development and marketing strategy and communications operating in categories including industry, finance, health, Government communications and consumer sectors such as food, nutrition and technology. Some of the global companies Jack has supported include Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Pfizer, Sony, Eli Lilly, WPP, Interpublic Group, Novartis, GSK, Nestle, Toyota and American Express as well as Ministries of the Japanese and Australian Governments.

After two decades working for financial institutions in London and Tokyo, Karsten has deep expertise in financial risk management, operations and systems. He also has extensive experience of building and leading cross-functional teams. Karsten's knowledge of risk analysis and governance, coupled with his industry-leading expertise in blockchain and related security technologies, has proved invaluable to clients across a range of market sectors including the nascent cryptocurrency industry.

Now that cyber attacks across all industries are becoming more frequent and data protection requirements more stringent, the bespoke security solutions, risk management and governance processes that he designs and implements are critical to the success of companies of all sizes. He has recently developed solutions for companies in the retail and services sectors as well as a new cryptocurrency exchange.
